Relate get new IT system for appointments

Relate Buckinghamshire, which works from offices in Aylesbury, Chesham, High Wycombe and Princes Risborough has updated its IT system thanks to a grant of £4,710 from the Foundation. The new cloud-based system allows Relate staff to have access to their records when they are working away from the office and also means that Relate's appointments system, which was previously paper-based, is now all online.

In its most recent financial year, Relate Buckinghamshire provided 5,744 hours of counselling. Fiona Paine, Centre Director for Relate Buckinghamshire, said 'this grant has enabled us to spend less time and money on keeping handwritten records and diaries and more time on our counselling therapy and education services'.
