Grassroots Endowment Challenge
The government will add £1 to every £1 donation you make!
Buckinghamshire Grassroots Endowment Challenge provides the opportunity for existing and new community foundation donors to DOUBLE the value of new donations to the endowment fund. In its simplest form, the government will add £1 to every £1 donated by private donors for local causes.
Until March 2011 Buckinghamshire Community Foundation is offering the opportunity to increase the value of any donation you make to the Endowment Fund. The interest gained from the Endowed Fund is distributed to local community projects to meet local need and the interests of the donor. Through the Office of the Third Sector, the government will match funds for the benefit of Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe districts.
Are you committed to our county and have a passion for Buckinghamshire? Are you a Philanthropist? Will you join us in the Grassroots Match Challenge?
Your contribution today will support future generations of local community projects and ensure investment in communities in the future.
This is fantastic news! The value of your donations will be increased by at least double - more if we can claim gift aid on your donation - and along with the usual tax benefits for charitable giving; there has never been a better or more cost effective way to give for long term benefit and impact.
We will charge an administration fee of 1% of the fund capital per annum, the lowest rate for managing your charitable funds in the county!
