Richard Dickson

Development Director
Team leader and responsible for the development of the                                                                                                          Foundation in all respects: donor development,                                                         management processes and positioning of the  Foundation in the local not for profit environment.

Outside of work Richard is a Trustee of his local Day Centre, a Trustee of his town's international link with a Tanzanian village and active in the local Fairtrade group.

Hilary Vickers

Community Philanthropy  Manager

Hilary joined the Community Foundation as our Community                                                                                        Philanthropy Manager in March 2012. This post is funded                                                                                                      by Buckinghamshire County Council. Hilary's brief is to work                                                                                            with donors in local communities throughout the county                                                                                                            to help create local community funds and also to identify                                                                                                         and attract new sources of funds for the county's                                                                                                                     community groups and social enterprises.

Catherine Miller

Grants & Loans Officer
Manages the major grants and loan programmes, processing applications to the funds for decision by our independent Grants Panel and Credit Committee. Catherine now looks after the Slough Social, Windhill, Bucks Masonic Centenary and Bucks Big Society Bank loan funds Email Catherine Miller

Beverley Trevitt

Outreach Officer
Actively encourages applications and seeks new community groups, monitors grants given and facilitates fulfillment of locally identified needs.

Grants Officer & Online Fundraising Coordinator

Claire started with the Community Foundation as our first-ever intern and made such a success of the job we appointed her to help us promote Localgiving.com to community groups in Buckinghamshire! Claire is a graduate from Birmingham University and lives locally in Buckinghamshire.
